Interesting story as to how this idea, then web-site evolved. I really began with the idea of teaching classes, limited to 10 or 12 people, on the principles of manageing a remodeling project for the average consumer, take the mystery and uncertainty out of the equation. The web-site and video semesters provide the same content as the classes and I'm able to reach many more people. I must have heard a hundred times over the years a tradesmen say, "Look, lady, this is how we do it!" As if the person paying the bill didn't have the right to understand or inquire, or that they were too dense to comprehend the situation at hand. As you know, nothing could be farther from the truth. So this 3 semester video course, 28 individual videos, is designed to bring the average homeowner up to speed on the management side. Not about fix-it, its about manageing information and costs so you get the most for your money.
